The ideal candidate will be located in Germany. He\She will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience and help customers achieve their desired goals.
This is a remote position and requires a lot of traveling in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients
- Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
- Aid clients in achieving their goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- +2 years Experience in customer success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – in German and English – a MUST
- Experience in the industrial\manufacturing vertical is a big plus!
- Experience in lean management\ Industry 4.0 consulting – an advantage!
