We are looking for a professional, passionate, multidisciplinary person to join our Support team. In this position, you will be responsible both for handling our IIoT solution (50%) and handle internal and external customer issues (50%).

Requirements

  • Natural problem solver
  • Good English (Written and spoken)
  • German-speaking and reading skills (B2 or higher) – Great Advantage
  • Understanding/Experience in scripting languages (Perl, Shell, bash)- Advantage
  • Understanding Unix/Linux OS – Advantage
  • Python – Advantage
  • Experience with DBs- (Mongo, SQL, Influx) – Advantage
