In the following video, we will present a high-level overview of our system called dView and its different modules, which you’ll be able to access from the navigation bar.
After logging into the system, you will access the world map and main screen, where you’ll see all of your factories at a glance and the current availability level of each, indicated by colors.
After diving into the relevant factory and organizational unit, you’ll see the layout that shows all the machines on your production floor, also indicating: what’s their current status, how long they’ve been on it, and whether or not they are currently planned to be working. You can also hover over any machines to see specific, comprehensive information on them.
Change the time frame selection to switch between historical-to-date and current data, allowing the different indicators and graphs on the screen to give you insights into your manufacturing availability across a variety of time intervals.
You can check from here your values on availability, which is the percentage of total working time divided by total planned time, extendedavailability, which contemplates both machine working time and necessary idles within planned time and energy waste, which represents machine idle time during the unplanned time when your machines should ideally be off.
Going to the current time selection, you will automatically be able to detect anomalies such as machines working out of their scheduled planning and planned machines that have been idle or off for extended periods of time.
You can also check the graphs to compare this floor’s availability next to the factory’s availability, and identify your highest values so far, or click on the 3 dots to switch the mode to shifts view.
Once you click on one of your assets, you will access the machine view, which displays a timeline tracking in real time the machine’s activity and changes in status.
