The shift optimizer “looks” at the total number of hours each machine is working by shift.
You can select the % of availability that you’d want your machines working to be at, and next click on “Optimize”. The charts will then change colors to let you know what shifts were under the targeted threshold that you set.
Additionally, once you input the cost per shift, you can scroll down and see the savings potential as well.
